Corey Lee

Corey Lee is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Emergent Technologies Inc.(ETI) He is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, financial, and operational Management. Corey has over two decades of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, including more than 28 years working within U.S. government agencies. He earned IT certifications from multiple vendors including Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft.

Prior to the formation of Emergent Technologies in 2006, Corey served as Vice President of another network engineering company. During this tenure, he developed relationships with multiple IC community and DOD agencies. Those relationships inspired him to start up a company dedicated to providing IT solutions to the U.S. Government. Today, Emergent Technologies Inc. has more than six (6) federal contracts and twenty-one (21) employees.

Rulian Stewart

Rulian Stewart is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Emergent Technologies Inc.(ETI), responsible for ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely. He has over 28 years of information technology (IT) experience working with and supporting various U.S. government agencies and global corporate giants such as Booz Allen Hamilton and Computer Sciences. His experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.

Rulian served over 10 years in the United States Navy. He is a proud and distinguished veteran. Post his military tenure, he has earned several expert level industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, and Amazon Web Services.
